Pithy is a Gmail triage Chrome extension that helps classify messages into categories such as Urgent, Later, and Ignore. Pithy may optionally access your Google Calendar to provide time-aware context when you choose to connect it. By using Pithy, you agree to these Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy.
When you grant calendar permissions, Pithy may:
You control calendar access. Calendar permissions require your explicit approval. Gmail triage is the core flow, and calendar context is optional.
Pithy may use AI to categorize sender, subject, date, snippet, unread state, thread ID, and optional calendar context into brief triage suggestions. AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed, or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing Pithy's output before relying on it.
Pithy does not provide legal, financial, medical, security, business, or professional advice. Do not rely on Pithy as the only source for important decisions, deadlines, obligations, or communications.
Pithy may change, pause, stop, or limit features at any time. The service may be unavailable or inaccurate because of browser changes, Gmail changes, provider outages, rate limits, bugs, or AI provider issues.
Pithy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including warranties of accuracy, reliability, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pithy and its creator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, missed emails, missed deadlines, missed calendar events, scheduling conflicts, business interruption, or reliance on AI output.
You can stop using Pithy at any time by uninstalling the extension. Pithy may suspend or end access if the service is misused or if continuing to provide the service is not practical.
Pithy is not publicly released yet. If paid plans are offered after launch, payments will be handled securely by third-party payment providers. Pithy will not process or store your credit card information.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Pithy and its creator from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses arising from your use of and access to the service, or your violation of these terms.
Please read this section carefully. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or the Pithy service shall be resolved through binding, individual arbitration, and you waive your right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. You agree that any arbitration will take place on an individual basis.
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
These terms may be updated as Pithy changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
